International Finance Center (nearest) at Central, Hong Kong Island and International Commerce Center at West Kowloon. The roof of IFC is 406.9m (1,335 feet) above ground level while that of the ICC is 484m (1,588 feet) above ground. The ICC and IFC are currently,respectively, the 3rd and 7th tallest skyscapers in the world by roof height but they fall well short of the tallest, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which is 636m in roof height. The IFC was completed in 2003 and the ICC will be completed in 2010.
The top 15 floors of the ICC are occupied by Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, this hotel will be the world's highest 6-star grand hotel; replacing Park Hyatt Shanghai Hotel located in Shanghai World Financial Center.
