This view shows the stern of the first ship during construction on the covered berth at Scotstoun on 2nd July 2005. This yard had commenced operations in 1906 as Yarrow & Company. HMS Daring is the 158th vessel (and 75th destroyer) built at Scotstoun for the Royal Navy.
